Review of last week and plans for week 2022-01-03
Here is a recap of the last week of 2021 and our plans for the week ahead. Last week was the last week of the year-end year, and the market as a whole had a week of no major movements; the market, which fluctuated widely from the end of November to the beginning of December, has finally calmed down. We are rebuilding our positions, focusing on stocks in uptrends and those that have broken out of their highs.
Although the number of corona infections caused by Omicron variants is rapidly increasing in the U.S. and Europe, the stock market has not particularly reacted to the situation so far. Since there were many flight cancellations due to corona infections during the year-end and New Year holidays, we will keep a close watch on how the stock market reacts at the beginning of the year.
